After age of 25, When you are working in an Office or Doing so called white coller Job, Then definitely you will start seeing your body changes. Health starts deteriorating due to long sitting hours & no physical activity. If you don’t have exercise or Yoga in your schedule, then you are definitely suffers early in life.

There are many forms of exercise. Anyone may start from few minutes of schedule initially, then after extend time as after becoming habitual. Exercise is important to be fit & healthy. I have seen few people struggling with health complications in very young age. It is not good at all.

Most of the people realise value of health only after it gets degraded. So everyone must understand what is more important.
